What you get
- One audit holds about a thousand vehicles, shared by many auditors.
- Built for under a minute per vehicle, on the auditor’s phone.
- A result for every vehicle, checked or not present, and a summary report.
How it works
Step 1: The auditor opens the audit on a phone. It lists every vehicle to check, with VIN, plate and model.

Step 2: At the vehicle, they search by plate or VIN, or scan the VIN with the camera.

Step 3: They answer one question: is the vehicle there? If yes, they add photos as evidence.

Step 4: If not, they mark it as not found, with an optional photo or file.

Step 5: Finished vehicles leave the open list, and the audit shows its progress.
